MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

I release this Cotillion committee, Chairpersons, and Sponsors from any and all responsibility for accidents or losses incurred during the parties/dances. I understand that by joining Cotillion, my child and I agree to abide and follow the rules as stated.

Rules

For the safety and enjoyment of each cotillion member, the following rules will be enforced at each event:

• Members may not bring non-member guests
• No bags or purses larger than a wristlet allowed.  No backpacks of any kind.
• No corsages  allowed
• No weapons, smoking, alcoholic beverages or illegal substances will be allowed
• Members will register at the entrance and may not leave until the end of the event, unless signed out by a parent (ID required)
• Private security officers will be on duty and may search a student if necessary
• Inappropriate or dangerous behavior may result in a student being dropped from San Antonio Cotillion membership with no refund.  

Membership Policy

• Membership is limited to the first 900 registered and paid applicants.  
• This membership is non-refundable and non- transferable.
• Non-members will not be admitted to the Cotillion events.
